We recently completed a custom logo design for photographer Caitlin Brooke and couldn’t wait to show you the beauty that resulted from our work together! Caitlin commissioned us earlier this fall to make the very clear vision she had formed in her mind come to life on paper. She knew she wanted her initials displayed in a classically stylish design. And she also was sure of her adoration for the very traditional black and white. Her unique style was a combination of that classic traditional style with a small modern nod through editorial-style serifs complemented by the always contemporary and forward-thinking sans-serif typography.
Caitlin pulled her inspiration from the classic aesthetic of Williams Sonoma. She was also inspired by the experience of shopping with a luxury brand like Chanel – a brand that has successfully maintained a simplistic, timeless, and and impactful design for over a century.
